Hoop Making Playshop!
Have you ever come across a hoop that you kind of liked, but just one color rubbed you the wrong way? How about it you loved the color but preferred a different taping pattern? Well, this workshop is for you!!! Join us for a Hoop Making Playshop! We will provide adult-sized "skeleton hoops" and plenty of rolls of colorful tape and give you full reign to complete your very own hoop masterpiece. Start the connection with your hoop right from the beginning by selecting colors that speak to your mind, body, and spirit. After creating your new hoop, we will engage in a Playshop that will focus on grounding, setting intentions for its purpose, and a moving meditation. This workshop is limited to 8 participants so don't delay!
