Pucker - Beginner Level 1

Has it been years since you've "played" with a hula hoop? Are you a newbie to the world of hoopdance? Well, this class is for you. Learn the foundational core moves of hoopdance with waist and hip hooping, passing, halos, corkscrews, and a host of others that will get your adreneline pumping, body rocking, and your first Kiss of Bliss.

Smooch - Beginner Level 2

After you Pucker, next comes the Smooch! This class picks right up where Pucker left off with additional corkscrews, chest hooping, hooping on your neck and shoulders, thigh hooping, angles, and a few other surprises to keep you engaged and ready to be "inflamed".

Inflame* - Mixed Levels Flow

This class helps you put the "dance" in hoopdance. So now that you've learned the moves, it's time to go with the flow. Master the speed of your hoop, transition the hoop up and down your body with grace and ease, and put intention into your movements. Take what you've learned from levels 1 and 2 and improv your own performance sequence!

*Pre-requisite - Must have a firm grasp of Levels 1 & 2.

Fitness Classes

Kiss'n'Tone

Join us as we explore the hoop while incorporating moves that will sculpt and tone your entire body. This class is designed for those "bliss" newbies who want to learn beginner hoop as well as exercises that tone those abs, legs, and arms. Featuring jump squats, stretches, ab work, and more; this class is too good to keep a secret, you may want to "kiss'n'tell"! 

Hoop Party

Kiss'n'Tell

Have you taken your first hoop class or series of classes and decided that it is just too good to keep to yourself?  Well this "hoop party" is for you! Schedule a Kiss and Tell Hoop Party for 3-10 of your friends and get ready for an afternoon of boisterous bliss!  This party can be held in house or in the beautiful sunshine of a nearby park.  We supply the music and the hoops (if needed) and we just ask that you bring your hips, a smile, and a positive attitude and get ready to twirl for the world!

Prices

Single Hoopdance Class - $10

4-Class Pass - $40 (Get 5th class FREE)

Single Kiss'n'Tone Class - $10

Private Instruction - $50/hr (may be split by 2 people)

Kiss'n'Tell Hoop Party

  • $20/per person/hr for 3-5 people
  • $15/per person/hr for 6-10 people
